I wanted to learn American Sign Language again since I had lost some of the language when I changed schools. So, I finally joined the American Sign Language club in high school. After school, my friends and I went to join the class of American Sign Language club. I was glad because I improved my ASL signing so much that I can communicate with the deaf community as well.

I am going to graduate with an advanced diploma in my senior year. I have worked hard to make sure my grades were good enough.

I plan to study Public Safety at CSN college in the fall. This summer, I will participate in the Las Vegas Metro Department program and I will gain experience as a Crime Scene Investigator. Once I complete this program, my goal is to be hired with Las Vegas Metro Department. Which is my dream job!

The proudest moment was when I made the high school softball team during my freshman year. I wanted to try it for the first time but I was really nervous to join the softball team. I was worried that I was different from the other kids playing softball. I was brave enough to join and my coach saw how I was improving and learning the skills. I realized that I enjoyed playing softball.
